From a maintenance standpoint everything was fixed as far as we know. However the Jeep dealership I came from always drove my car around to the entrance after payment. Today I was given the keys and was told “the car is usually on the side of the building”. When I couldn’t find my car I found an employee on the lot who told me to go around back and gave me the # on my key tag and told me to look for that space. I went to that space and my car was two down from there. For spending over $450 I felt as if I should not have to go find my car,.

There was nothing wrong with my car and was charged with a "made up" problem. They said i need an oil change soon for $60. I complained on the high cost and was offered a $10 discount. Why not just offer to a loyal customer for $50? I waited three hours and got email on status update on my car. Why wouldn't you talk to me in person? Three hours, no one offered me water, said hello etc. My car has 125,000 and may need a new car soon. You lost a customer.I don't plan on ever going back.
