Unfortunately my service advisor only let me know my vehicle was ready after I called. I was was promised a shuttle ride when my vehicle was ready and the shuttle could pick me up since I had no other transportation. The service advisor said the work would take 2-3 hours. I dropped my car off at 10:30am. I called for an update at 2pm and left a message with my service advisor. I received a text message at 2:13pm, that the car was ready. Fortunately my daughter, who purchased her vehicle from Carson Toyota, came and picked me up and took me to pick up my car. I was not happy with my first experience with Toyota of Carson.
