Lousy service advisor…he does not know how long will the service be done…wanted one hr as he mentioned that it will be ready in an hr. Approached him more than an hour later and went inside again to ask how long. Came back to tell me to wait for another 30 minutes. My vehicle was at your service center since 7:15am…Bryan Cruz should have been honest to tell me to go home and to wait for a phone call when it is ready. I’m not sure what time did they even started working my car…such a lousy service. Not a good advisor…

I honestly feel like my car was tampered with when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change a few days prior. How is it that my check engine light didn’t go off until after I brought my car in to this location for maintenance. $233 for a new gas cap is ridiculous. I won’t be bringing my vehicle back at this location ever again and will be telling friends and family about my experience.
