The guy lie to me and my husband about the two hours was going to take to fix the problem. He brought the truck without saying anything weather was fixed or not. And we were waiting for almost 5 hours.... And my husband check on parts they've supposedly completed working on it; was nothing been done at all for five hours we'd been told by him to wait. We felt like we were fool by him and the dealer themselves!. Is a hurting feelings and a lots of things going through any body's head and mind.
