Service took forever and didn’t give proper promise time . I had an appointment at 2pm and arrived at 1:30pm (30min earlier) and was about 10min wait before taking my vehicle for service of just an oil change and filter oil change . Was waiting in the waiting are from 1:45pm to 3:50pm for something that takes 15min . They didn’t start on my car till 3:13pm and finished at 3:25pm when I received my text . I also have a dash camera and app that lets me when my car is unlocked and told me at 3:10my car was moved and was unlocked at 3:13 . My promise time was 3pm but been there for hour and half for 15min job and actually had to speak the the service dept. when my promise time expired . Worst experience again and my family will discontinue going to this location for our Toyota service .

Very dissatisfied with how long it’s taken to get a part replaced under warranty. The part has been on order for over 4 months, and we have been told twice that the part is in, only to still not have it replaced. On the last visit, the service techs had the vehicle for 3 hours, only to call and say they need more parts, and that the repair could not be completed at this time.

Always great service at this Carson dealership. I love that you text and email me confirming the appointments. I love that my car was washed. The only thing I noticed was my back windshield wiper had a rubber piece hanging off, and I don’t remember it being that way before the service, but I can’t be sure.
