I was very disappointed with your Quality of service on October 30, 2021
I Brought my car for service with the ( Engine Light On ) spent 4 days in the shop,paying $1400 for the repairs and 10 days later after been picked up my Van ,Return to the Original problem Engine Light On Again , I brought my van to the shop on November 14 , the service department wants more money if I want my car to be fixed

Came in to put a new tire on my front right side of the car because that tire had a nail in it and instead had the back rear tire replaced. So I’m still sitting with the tire that had a nail and my good tire in the back right taken and replaced with the new tire. So I basically paid $317 to get one of my good tires taken and left with the tire that actually needed replaced. I had to take hours out of my work day to get there and only for me to have to go back again. They had my car for 2 hours, how did they make such a mistake?
