This is a backjob. As per the Nov 30 service report, the oil filter was not properly installed when I had an oil change at your dealership (toyota carson). And you call yourselves experts? Your service guys cant even change oil properly!!! I will never have my car serviced there again. It was a waste of time! And no one even apologized for this stupid error! I have been telling my friends about this disastrous experience at toyota carson. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves
