Good service and they drop you off wherever you desire so you just don’t have to wait. When service is finished you are notified and brought back to Acura.

Actually, I was pleased overall with the service. I actually went back and told the service manager that they were efficient and quick and that I was very happy with that.
The only problem was that whoever filled the tires with air had no idea what they were doing. I went back a 2nd time and the SM said that they would have filled the tires to 35 lb. He knew the correct pressure. The technician did not, or, he just fills all tires to a very high psi on all vehicles regardless of specifications.
Acura specs call for 35 psi per tire. Whoever filled the tires, filled them to more than 50 lb average. That's over 6 lb more then the tire is even rated for. The tire is only rated to 44 psi MAX. What they did is dangerous. Doing something like that could cause a really bad wreck.
Other than this one thing they did a really good job.
