I came in with a nail in my wife’s BMW and they didn’t have one in stock. I ordered one and was told it would be in at noon they next day. I told them I was leaving town and gave them my wife’s number and they said they would call her. At two o’clock and no call I asked her to call and check on it. She called and the service department could not find any record of the tire being ordered! I told her I would call, I did and they said, oh yes the tire was there. No one called to let us know.
