Everyone from the moment I walked in on Saturday morning was very kind especially Caxsius who was my service person.I Was greeted with a warm welcome, I was not rushed into anything or forced to sign anything I did not agree with. I was explained in detail what was going to be done to my car as far as the service. There was some things in my car I needed to have done because of my mileage. For only was that taken care of, I was given the Sunbit information, how I can make payments monthly.

I was told that the battery was bad as indicated on the report!!
I called AAA since I had 12 more months on the warranty.. When the service technician arrived and checked the battery it indicated that the battery tested good
I showed the Nissan readout to AAA tech, but the meter reading still good
Needless to say I was perplexed by the variance. But triple A allowed me to purchase a new battery prorated on the remaining warranty!
