Randy was very helpful and I really enjoyed working with him. The only negative about today’s service has nothing to do with Randy. In the last year, each time I call for an appointment, I am reminded multiple times to make sure I’m on time and to call if I’m running late. Yet, each time I arrive, I wait for at least five to ten minutes to be helped. I wouldn’t mind the wait so much if I wasn’t expected to be on time. Maybe I should be notified that you are running late?

It took over 2 hrs to change oil??? I can go to Valvaline & drive through in 15 min. Fortunately I brought a good book to read.

Carl was, as always, excellent. But my wife and I both had issues with someone who is answering phones for the service department - we don’t know her name. When I called, she didn’t even seem interested in knowing why my car needed to come in for service. When my wife called to try and schedule a Lyft or dealer pickup to get our car, she twice tried unsuccessfully to explain to this person that she needed to come in first thing in the morning before heading to work, but apparently that didn’t make sense. We are not the type of people to complain, and we like the dealership and service of the rest of the advisors who we have dealt with.
