The service for my car was excellent. I only said no because Honda has not come up with a resolution as to why Android Auto continously disconnects.

I just wasn't Satisfied because this is the second time l had've this same problem before which make me think that it's going to happen again and the bad part is both times my Mileage was Low! As for me it had the same Screen say Aming Not Complete! This time the Mirror was replaced! The service Gentlemen was very Polite and Professional who I was communicating I just feel like two times is too soon which makes me question how often will this happen abefore it goes out again?

I only talked with Tim Cupps when he called and recommended additional service to the car and mentioned that the mechanic can changed all the bulbs for $65 instead of $200 - i recommend the service writer read the manual on how to change the fog light in Honda. Youtube is a great also.
My biggest issue is that i waited also an hour this afternoon for the appraisaler to come out to parking lot to talk to me about my car. I told the appraiser that i will meet with him once i pickup my car. Once i arrived i sent a message into the showroom that i was in the parkimg lot. After almost waiting for an hour i left a message in the service department since the switchboard kick me back to the servce department rhat i was gone since no one showed up. Some one called me and i repeated my disappointment.

I was so happy that Jarred was able to fit us into the schedule as we are traveling out of state to see a dying relative. It is hard enough to go through this but Jarred found a way to take us in without an appointment and gave us everything we needed to make the journey to the north safe. I can not thank him and the service team enough. My family is thrilled we are able to take our car and travel last minute to be with the family during this hardship. Tim was extremely helpful. The tech who replaced my wipers noticed that I was in the month for the car inspection and Tim immediately warned me about it along with noticing that I was due for an oil change. I was able to get the wipers changed, the car inspected, and the oil changed right away. I was out of there within 2 hours. Great job to Tim and the Priority Honda service team.

My only comment would be that I made an appointment for a state inspection and it took an 75 min for the inspection. I thought that was a bit of time for an inspection.
