I asked for a state inspection and oil change. I just received a state inspection, no oil change. My oil life was at 20%, but I was trying to avoid coming back a month or so later. Other than that outstanding survice.

It was a wonderful experience as always.He kept me informed of work status from start to finish. I was told of an additional service that would need to be done but part has to be ordered he told me to call a couple of days beforehand to notify them what work needed to be done so part is ordered and on hand for service. He explained everything and highlighted the next thing thtz needed.

Upon entry the device that checks your alignment read that I needed one. I just had an alignment done at priority because it said the same thing on a previous visit. Now I feel swindled- either the device is faulty and you truly don’t need work done or I had the work done but it wasn’t thorough. I don’t know which one and it makes me uneasy
