It was weird when my car was brought around that I wasn't acknowledged, not even with a "wrapping this up, will be with you in a sec." Was just left standing there, ignored, watching a dude add my paperwork to a stack. I will say, it wasn't Tim handling my departure. There's a way to be courteous, even while juggling and it doesn't take much effort to be polite.

Recently had service on my vehicle which included the timing belt, water pump and crank shaft sensor. Drove the vehicle home and noticed a check engine light on. I ran a code reader to determine P0336 and P0302 which indicate a crank shaft sensor malfunction and a misfire on the number 2 cylinder. I called Jim Comey, the service rep, and he was able to get me in the same day with completed repairs the following day, at no charge. Excellent customer service! Thank you Priority Honda.
