I had my car towed and was told the service department would call me when the car arrived and discuss the next steps. I had to call for info two hours after car was delivered and then had to get a call back from service department.

I originally scheduled my vehicle for maintenance last Saturday. However, due to a power outage, my car was not able to get serviced and I was concerned about getting thing’s rescheduled. Before I left the dealership, I discussed my concerns with the service manager and he let me keep my same time for the following Saturday. I showed up at 9:00 today and was able to get my car promptly serviced. That is true customer service. Thank you.

Yes, I was satisfied, but I did not know if I had a nail in my tire unbeknowing that even though I had road Hazzard on my tires that I still had to pay for something that I already had with Priority. It's not my fault that I had a nail in my tire. Why sm I'm still paying for a tire that I got from Priority.
