Don Matol did an outstanding job on keeping updated throughout the process of the repair. He went the extra mile in finding the replacement transmission needed for our 2009 pilot with 223,000 miles. We have gone through Don for our Honda’s services and repairs since being at Newport News Honda location. We’re glad that he’s a part of Honda Hampton location which we currently reside now after moving from Newport News. I came in for regular maintenance but he noticed my inspection was past due( I didn't notice) and offered to get it done while I was waiting.
