Unprofessional service member. Staff was rude to me from arrival to the appointment. It was my first coming to this priority, and didn’t know the procedure of driving straight into the service station. I waited an hour, Knox came to me in the waiting room stating I would need a new tire. I agreed to the tire, then another service member called me a hour later - asked if I still wanted a new tire after I had already agreed to a new tire. About 45 minutes later I went out to the service station to speak with Knox, he was out on his lunch break. Then when he returned he said he needed a minute because he just got back from lunch. Knox then notified me that priority could NOT put on the tire. After 2 hours agreeing to the new tires. I left without a new tire with a spare still on. 11:30- 2:45 of wasted time. I’m not sure what’s the point of being part of the priority family.
