I appreciate the quality customer service I receive and quality of workmanship at each service. Also the timely completion of the job. Special thank you to Jim Comey my service rep and the gentleman that came to take care of me in the middle of the holiday luncheon. I arrived to Pick up my vehicle and the staff was having lunch and the shop was actually closed. I was going to wait the 15 minutes until they were finished but your employee who had not even had a chance to eat yet, took the time to check me out so I could leave. I was charged for a tire rotation that never took place. Had I not gone to a Discount Tire store with a question, I would not have realized this. I then had to call Priority Honda to get it straight.
While Priority Honda did straighten it out, had another Tire store not alerted me, I would have paid for a service that was not provided. Not sure about trusting Priority for work anymore.

For Priority to have their Service Writers in the drive thru area with no heat is harsh. Mr. Knox provided me excellent service, as I am sure he does all his customers. Imagine what he, and the other Service Writers, would be capable of if provided some heat to make the working conditions a little more comfortable.
