I was very pleased with the service . I went in for low pressure in tire . Was able to get in 15mins of calling . There was a nail in the sidewall thankfully it was covered by roadside hazard . James handled everything for us. Professional and pleasant . It was a good visit .

I booked weeks in advance to have the fuel pump replaced per the recall. When it was time to pick up my vehicle I was notified the fuel pump would have to be ordered and that I would have to return to have this work performed. I believe there was ample opportunity to notify me that this part was unavailable prior to the appointment or at least at time of drop off. It seems likely that staff are not reviewing the upcoming appointments to make certain that parts are available prior to appointment.
Due to the inconvenience I requested a complimentary rental until the repair could be completed and was denied.
