The right side tires were not rotated but the left were. I wasn’t informed of this. I found out when I checked my vehicle at home. I spoke with the Service Manager and I brought my car back in the next day to have the tires properly rotated. Proper communication from the Tech to the Advisor and from the Advisor to the Customer would have prevented this issue. It’s a bit of a hassle...but not the end of the world for me.

Great experience. Everything just flowed seamlessly. I had issues with my vehicle and able to bring in the same day. Communication was on point. I explained needed transportation while vehicle being repaired. I was given a rental vehicle so no inconvenience of not having transportation. You need a “living on a fixed income” discount for loyal customers who have retired. I’ve been a loyal customer of (Williams Honda, Peninsula Honda, and now Priority Honda) since 1980. All these Hampton dealerships have come and gone in that time. Your “priorities for life” incentives are nice, but I’m still shocked when I end up with $500 bill when I come in for a “free” state inspection and engine oil & filter service.
