State inspection took approximately 2 hours. I should have been pre-warned that it would take this long and given the option of rescheduling. Service rep did not notify me while service was being attended to that work was in progress. Also, was told there was no manager on duty to make a complaint. No apologies for delay until I had to seek the whereabouts of my vehicle.

I have to say that this is the 2nd Priority dealership that I have taken my Rouge to since Priority Nissan Williamsburg was sold. The quick service was shocking. I’ve never been in and out in under 35 minutes or so. The last oil change, at another Priority dealership, they forgot to tell me my car was ready. I sat there and waited an extra hour or so before I went to inquire about my car. I am considering having all of my priorities for life done there at this dealership.

I came in to get a oil change Micheal came in the waiting area and told me the had to jump start my battery he asked me have I ever had issues I told him no. And I felt that nothing was wrong with my battery because before my left out of the garage they started my car. Then he tells me that I need to get a new battery and that they tested it and it failed so I told him that I was going to take my car to auto zone and see about a battery because I felt it would be cheaper. I went to auto zone they tested my battery and everything was good I don’t know what happen yesterday but I felt that they tried to get money out of me being that I’m a women and I was by myself I didn’t appreciate that.
