Extremely professional. Even though I could tell he was rushed and things were moving quickly, I watched him with the lady before me. He was Extremely patient and courteous. Everyone kind of seemed a bit overwhelmed but he paced himself. I appreciated that interaction today.

I will not be coming back. I've sold and bought cars exclusively from Priority for about 10 years now. I've had them serviced there (frequently) because I couldn't afford to be without a car. The service was always prompt, courteous, and really top notch. Recently, that service has gone down hill. Today was the final straw. Today my car was in for some minor repairs, and my requested time back was noon. They called me just before 9 to discuss them. I was unable to call back until 10 to authorize the repairs (if my hour delayed them an hour, completely understandable, that would have been on me). However, around 12:30, I began to get nervous as my children get out of school at 2:30 and I wanted to make sure to have enough time to get my car back to pick them up. So, I called you, and was told "oh yea, your car's done, come get it whenever". I asked that they send a shuttle for me, and they said he's out picking up customers and they'd tell him to come get me. Okay, perfect. I was a little bit upset no one called me to tell me my car was complete, I could have already picked it up perhaps, but no big deal. Around 1:30, I still hadn't heard from the shuttle and called back, I was told he'd be there any minute. I started to get nervous given the timeline, and ordered an Uber. Right before the Uber gets here, the shuttle calls me (at this point it's almost 2:30 and I've had to make other arrangements for my children which caused my wife to miss some hours at work ($$$). I canceled my Uber (which cost me $20 since he was essentially here), and walk outside. Low and behold, no shuttle. I call back and he tells me he's simply at 922 (I'm 927). He wasn't. He wasn't even on my street. He gets there a few minutes later and takes me to Priority. Upon arriving, I ask Donna for the service records for both of my vehicles as this was the last time I'd be getting service there. She seemed mostly uninterested and simply asked if it was due to the shuttle. I said "yes". She told me she was pretty sure he was at lunch when I called at 12:30. I told her that I have no issues with lunch breaks, or simply him not being available. What I DID have an issue with is the lack of communication. If at any point someone had called me, I could have made alternative arrangements, but by 1:30-2, I couldn't. I am so disappointed, I loved this place, but my day was so disrupted and in ways that could have been avoided, I just can't bring myself to give Priority any more of my money.
