Donna Meeks as the service advisor was fine. I have two comments to offer: Parts didn’t have front brake pads in stock ( you kidding me for a civic?). Donna explained that the pads were at Williamsburg Honda. This resulted in a 5 hour wait. Was going to use shuttle to go somewhere but timing was not good. Also, tire rotation was performed. Front tires were put on rear (ok), but rears were put on front on same side(all I read is that the rears should go to opposite front sides). Otherwise I have had good service in the past from Priority Hampton Honda.

After spending over $4,000 to get our van fixed, the check engine light came on on our way to Williamsburg. Had to turn around and drive it to the dealership. The van is now leaking in two places!

I told him when I got there that the last time I had tires rotated there I had to bring car back twice because low tire pressure light came on as soon as I left. He made a note on the work order. Well I didnt even get a half mile away and the light came on. I was not happy. Plus the tech said my engine and cabin filters were dirty and I just changed them 2 weeks ago. I dont like being lied to. They obviously didn't check them. I just wonder what else they didn't check that they said they did
