I brought my car in for a reinspection on May 18, 2022 and Mr. Anderson checked me in and we talked about what was going to be done (the inspection). He brought paperwork out to me in the waiting room stating my car was finished. I asked him if my car passed inspection and he was puzzled because he put the appointment in for an oil change. I explained to him that I had gotten an oil change two weeks prior. He apologized and said he would get them to inspect it so that I could leave. He never did. I had to leave to go to work. I made an appointment the following day (May 19, 2022) and he said my car failed again because of the tires, which he told me the day before that the tires weren’t a big issue. He shouldn’t have said that knowing he wasn’t the one doing the inspection. So, to sum up I have two oil changes within two weeks and wasted time. I won’t be coming back to this priority for service. I also won’t buy another car from this location either.

Priority Honda Representative and mechanic were together and playing on their phones when I asked about the status of my car. Mechanic said he sent update to Rep, Rep but did not check before I asked. I was at dealership for over 2 hours for a simple tire repair and saw my car up in the air for 30 minutes with no work being done. That is why I asked, plus I had Dr to get to. Rep said repair will only take 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later, I got my car. Drove through a place to get lunch, but didn’t have time to eat before Dr. Appointment. Not happy with Priority service.

My wait was longer than expected. My appointment was 9:30am my car wasn't pulled in for an oil change until 10:57am when I approached the service desk. I scheduled an appointment two days prior. Checking out the cashier didn't seem very friendly didn't smile at all. I left my coupon at home so I mentioned it to her she said I would need it the time of check out. Sometimes it's not what you say it's how you say it. A mileage sticker wasn't place in my car to let me know when to bring my car back for an oil change. I had to circle back around and advise someone in service. She tried to tell me that they didn't put it in my type cars. I explained to her I've never heard that and that I always get one. The problem was the person who changed my oil was rushing. It'll be a while before I return.

We were getting an analysis of tire problem. Approved replacement of two tires. Were at the service center going on two hours. Looked outside and car was there but no one let us know. After we inquired, was advised service writer had to leave. Someone checked us out. When I asked why it took so long to get us out of there. He coldly and irritatedly answered " It has not been that long"

My car was parked tightly between two other vehicles today when available for pickup. I tried leaving the spot as it was kind of tight. My rear bumper ended up hitting the license plate bolts of the car behind me. This caused a scratch and a two slight circular indents. I ended up calling management to move the other car so I could leave. While management was sorry it happened, he wasn’t apologetic about the fact the cars were parked so closely. I could tell he was carefully choosing his words to absolve responsibility to peninsula Honda. He recommended some places for repair. I contacted my insurance on the issue (and may face a $500 deductible for repairs) but feel that that was careless on Priority to have cars so closely parked and to have me even try to exit a tight spot. I have been going to Honda (Williams, peninsula, priority) for over 15 years to ensure proper maintenance/service and feel as if the service is going downhill. Even with my first oil change with this vehicle there was a slow leak because the bolt wasn’t tightened all the way. To return for simple maintenance and take time off work is very inconvenient. I am really questioning/reconsidering continues service Priority Honda in Hampton. The attendant who assisted and checked me in was kind and professional, but I am really at a point where I am nervous about what surprise awaits me on my next visit.
