I had a 10:15 appointment to get my car inspected, and it took 1:30 before they even got to it. All I needed were new windshield wipers to pass, and I was there for 2:15. If there’s going to be a delay when you have an appointment I think you should let the customer know

Please explain to me why my power train warranty is considered invalid as my engine has failed. Please explain to me the fine print that makes my warranty null and void. The crankshaft and pistons are part of the engine that makes it good work. I think that the way in which you advertise your Priorities for Life is very misleading. This is one of the selling factors that promotes us to purchase this vehicle. We had a longggggggg and tedious buying experience with your team selling and offering warranties that did not prove to cover parts and services as they should. For instance the alternator was covered under a warranty and we had to pay out of pocket and then one year later we were refunded our money. Also the Auto Butler service we were told that we must purchase it and we later found out after Mr. Whitehead was fired we were told we never had to purchase that service. We are ultimately disappointed with the experience we never doubt that quality work is performed but if Priorities For Life aren’t as it is advertised then what’s covered should be explained upfront and in plain and simple terms. Thank you for the opportunity to express our concerns

I work 2 or 3 minutes from the dealership so I like to drop my vehicle off in the mornings and pick up at lunch or evening when it is ready. The shuttle service **** and us not convenient for customers at all. I've used this same service where I bought my first car and it was never any issues so I don't get why it's so hard to catch a ride at Priority. I will have to just start coming on my days off because I can never get to work on time and it's 3 minutes driving.

Wife brought her car in on what appeared to be a slow day with our two young sons. It took 2 hours to complete the oil change. She was told it would be just a few more minutes multiple times. Our kids were wearing out and my wife did not want to take them back in the playroom due to the presence of a live cockroach. She did not enjoy the experience at all.
