We received the multi point inspection which indicated our wiper blades need attention and our brakes were in yellow-in the front but we were not informed or called when the car was in there so maybe we could’ve got some of this done when it was there. With our work schedule it hard to get our car in there so when it there we like to get things done that need it. Jeff our old adviser would always make sure our cars were up on everything when we were in there. Jim is a good adviser just wish he would let us know these things when it was there. And as always to guys in the back they always do great work on our cars.

Overall, I was pleased with my service at Priority Honda. I appreciate no pressure to add on additional services….however, I came in for my Priorities for Life service plus tire rotation—I specifically asked about having my car washed ( included with the service) and was told that it would be sent through the car wash. I was disappointed to find that the car had not been washed when I picked it up from the lot after service. No time to go back to the desk to request a wash as promised. Not a biggy, but a little bit of a let down since the car wash was always included with my other service appointments throughout the years

Michael has potential, just needs some coaching on customer interactions.
- Speak louder to be heard in noisy shop environment.
- Don’t point and wave “go over there” vaguely toward his unknown desk and walk off. Greet and show customers where to go.
- Promptly call customer if you need approval on an estimate. I had to walk back to his desk after 45 min to find out what was going on, and no work had started because he hadn’t gotten my approval.
- Don’t try to upsell unrequested services. All I needed was a tire patch. (This may be the dealer’s fault, seems to be common at Priority.)
Attention to detail: Valve stem cover was missing when I arrived, and I would’ve thought the mechanic would automatically put one on the tire after finishing the patch job. Instead, I checked it myself after driving away, had to turn around, come back and ask for one. Michael was kind enough to go get one from the shop.
