I made an appointment for an oil change and multi-point inspection weeks in advance. And was denied service upon arrival. I had very reasonable expectations - please change the oil in my vehicle (which is what I made the appointment for, and what I was assured would happen when I made the appointment, and what was included with the purchase of my vehicle). And I made those expectations very clear. But the employee told me flatly - I am not going to do that. And if that means that you leave unhappy, so be it.
