My car was there from 8:30 for a oil change and an inspection and the young lady said it should be ready for pickup by 11 and it was not and I waited until 1:25 and that's when I got my car back but the staff is and was wonderful

Mrs Heimbach was not friendly at her customer service work. I have been with u all for a long time. And this lady did not show any concern of my issues. I had oil change, and there was recommendations on somethings l need to do. I was not even able to ask of her ideas. It was like what is on the paper is what you need to do. And also my vehicle was parked far at the lot, keys were given and l have to walk all the way to find my car. Hmmm this is not a good customer service. Please in my next visit, l wouldn't like her to help me. She might be good to some people with fake smiles. But my service with her was not pleasant. In all my vehicle oil change was done with light bulb replaced
