Bethany was polite and helpful, her along with her team helped my wife finally identify a squealing noise on the breaks of our new 23 Honda Odyssey that had been going on for some time. The hood of my car was left open when I picked it up and there was oil on the hood. I like Adam, but I don’t think your techs have a concern for the customer vehicle. I recently had my Honda CRV serviced at your facility on 9/18/2023. I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the service experience.
After getting my car serviced, I noticed a burning smell emanating from my car. Upon investigation, I discovered that the mechanic had left a rag in the engine compartment that had caught fire. This oversight poses a significant safety risk. The safety of your customers should be the top PRIORITY!!!!!
