Adam was awesome as usual. He maintained open communication with me and answered all of my questions. He is always professional and personable. When I came to get my vehicle, everyone was helpful and I’m sorry I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who assisted me with getting my invoice because Adam was helping another customer. But I do remember he was wearing a suit and said his other clothes were ruined for some reason. This person saw me waiting in line and assisted me right away. This type of service makes it enjoyable coming to Priority considering I have every intention on keeping my Pilot for a while and plan to keep coming to this station for maintenance and service.
