Herby did not provide updates on my vehicle and did not tell me what was wrong or what kind of work was done he just called me to pick up my car. When I made contact with him he told me to wait on the lobby I went to check to see if my car was brought out and I was told he went to lunch and did not close out my ticket another adviser had to help close my ticket and get my vehicle for me. So I was not satisfied with his costumer service.
