Dennis explained to me about inspections one by one to help me to understand what your mechanic is going check and gave me the estimated cost and how long it will take to complete.
He answered all my questions about today’s inspection and what was wrong with the beam light, which has been getting weak lately and actually I went in to day to have it replaced. He suggested 30,000 miles inspections and I am glad I had it done today. Thank you

I was initially told the service that was being performed was only going to take 30 minutes. Then, at the dealer I was told it was going to take 90 minutes. This new longer time meant I would need a loaner car. The cashier said the porter will fill the tank and I would just need to replace the gas used before returning the car. I drove straight home to Ojai, about 20 miles from the dealer and received a text saying my car was ready for pick up. About 30 minutes. The original estimated time the service would take. I later drive back to the dealer first stopping to fill the tank and found that it took a little over 4 gallons to fill the tank! I couldn’t have used 4 gallons on my 40 mile round trip. I told the cashier that it took 4 gallons of gas to fill up the tank and didn’t think the porter topped it off before giving it to us. Her response was “oh that’s ok.” I said, no what I’m saying is I didn’t use 4 gallons of gas for the 40 miles I drove. She gave me the same response and smiled. So kind of a frustrating experience overall.
