Yes, I took my car in for it’s oil change. At that time I was made aware of two recalls on my model, so they replaced the one recall. The other is on order. It make it difficult to have my car serviced as I live quite a distance from Ventura/ Oxnard, as I live next to Santa Barbara. I’m an elder person in my 80’s. Everyone has been polite and friendly. I love your snack waiting room as I have a lot of choices, while I wait. Thank you. Ann

I have been a loyal customer of Kirby Subaru since I bought my Impreza 4 years ago. I can’t speak highly enough about all the service advisors, cashiers, valets, that I have encountered over the years. The reason I bring my car to Subaru for service is it makes me feel safe and like I am maintaining my car to the highest standard possible. The past two visits have had left me a bit concerned. Once there was a rattle post service that was resolved when I brought my car in for a recall. This past visit after leaving my wheels started making noise and car was shaking in a way that got progressively worse and I was worried the wheel might come off or I was seriously damaging my car driving around. I had to come to the dealer 3 times in one week to resolve which is super challenging with my work schedule. It seems the mechanics are getting overloaded with too many appointments and perhaps it has been impossible to be as thorough as they used to be. Normally I wouldn’t write with this level of detail but this past week I felt unsafe driving my vehicle post service and now am not sure if I want to keep bringing my car back. Again the service advisors have been impeccable and helped me address the problem immediately and resolved it quickly and as painlessly as possible. But this felt important enough to leave some Feedback. Thanks for the consideration.

Paul was very friendly and when I first arrived he was really busy with another customer and he made sure to acknowledge me and let me know he would be right with me. I really appreciate that he took the time to acknowledge me. That is something that a lot of places seem to forget to do. I’m very big on treating people with a little respect and friendliness. As always, Paul provided prompt, courteous and professional service. I had the 60k service performed plus a transmission service as a precautionary measure with the cvt transmission. Paul kept me appraised of the time requirements as well as some other needed service. I think that Paul sets the example for all other service advisors to follow. Woodie
