Let me start off by saying “everyone “ that I have encountered at Hopkins Acura Fairfield has always been very kind, helpful and professional.
The following is why I’m not completely satisfied. When you use the term “a couple hours” to service your vehicle, to me it means 2-3 hours, not 4 1/2, 5 hours once the shuttle came.
Another thing that I did not appreciate or even understand is that I got text messages thanking me and asking me to rate the service and I hadn’t even been called that my car was ready. Then an hour after I picked up my car I gotbyet another text that my car was ready to go home. Definitely confusing and contradicting text messages.

A service was provided I didn’t request and it cost me 400.00 I was shocked about. The service person said service 1,2,3 and 6 wasn’t covered by my maintenance plan then called me after all the work was done and said you were correct and it was covered except for this other service which I find out after the fact is nit part of 1,2,3,and 6 required things. I never was told the extra work was not part of the required maintenance and I would need to pay for it.
