Every time I went to Honda, seriously best service ever. Had to get a new battery and was in and out in 15 minutes. I feel very valued as a customer.

Didn’t feel like making an appointment made a difference. My requests were not met. Was actually undersold on what I wanted done. I’ll chalk it up to it being busy. 3 hours for an oil change and to check my suspension. Wanted an alignment and possible tire balance. No follow up on scheduling a future appointment.

Leon Cobb Ian’s his team are outstanding. I had my car towed in to Hopkins on Sat at around 11:00 with a bad starter expecting service to be done on Mon or Tues. boy I was surprised when they texted me at about 4:30 that my car was fixed already. Leon once again gave me a great loaner car for use for the weekend. Leon needs to given the service technician of the year award if you have one
