My car had been serviced on 12/8 but 4 hours after picking up my car, the battery died in the Frazier Farms parking lot, requiring AAA to jump start my car. Today my car again experienced a battery failure. Once again AAA had to come to the rescue. I spoke with Omar by phone and explained my dilemma. He said if I bring my car in, he would make sure the problem was taken care of. And that is exactly what he did. My car required a new battery. Omar was very polite, professional and courteous. And he remedied the problem. Bravo

I’m not satisfied, not because they weren’t polite or helpful, because the staff was amazing. The only reason I’m unsatisfied is because after 4 hours of service and not having a car , I came home and the Honda app says the initial reason (recall service) I brought my car, wasn’t complete. So now ima have to take it back and then I’m assuming I won’t have a car again for another few hours.

I was satisfied with today's visit. There were no snacks or coffee available to customers in the waiting area,but Jennifer immediately offered to have me driven to a nearby market. She was most acomidating.
