It took me 30 minutes to checked in, 2 hours oil change took more than 2 and half hours and additional one hour work promised took more than 2 hours. I never had this kind of experience at Honda of Escondido or Hoehn Honda at Carlsbad. I have a lot of complains and unsatisfied with your service.
