I was unhappy with the wait times (30 minutes to drop off for an oil change/tire rotation and 20 minutes to “check out” even when it was already paid for). I also made it it clear I was going on a road trip and requested tire rotation. The last time my tires were rotated was 8,000 miles ago. I was told it didn’t need it yet. I’m not happy that my tires weren’t rotated as requested. I called to complain to my service advisor and left a message on his voicemail; he never returned my call. :(
