For the service center, I like that you have a wide parking space. I also like the technology you use in doing your services, such as getting my inspection report by text, having pictures to explain stuff that needs to be done.
For Omar, I just feel like he is trustworthy. He gave me the option of resurfacing vs changing my rotors. I’m actually trying to save money to buy a car so I appreciate that he gave me another option.
I’ve been scammed in the past by other car shops outside Honda so Im careful about where to have my services done. If I smell something fishy I won’t come back.
With the service I had at Vista Honda, I will come back for my next services.

the service advisor was great as far as the tech they can be a bit more professional and not leave the gooey stuff put in the tires to set it all over my tiires and rims . They did not clean it up. very messy and hard to take out since it dried up.

The service staff were the best, the work and care of my vehicle was exceptional. However your warranty issue on my leaking shock was a disappointment. How can you compare a shock th a breakfast as far as being a consumable item, I do not expect breaks to be covered, but a shock?. Most people never have to replace a shock in the lifetime of their vehicle. This is a leased vehicle and I'm afraid if this is how a Honda warranty is, ill move back to toyota when this lease is up. It is not the fault of your staff, they are top shelf, the Honda warranty policy needs to be edited.

I was completely satisfied with my car service today. Richard helped me to my every needs, and more. This was my first time at a Honda car dealership, and I have to say it was a great experience. Though it did take several hours to have my car completed. I brought in my car at 11am and didn’t get a call/text about my car until 3:40pm, 5 hours was a long time to wait for my car to be done. Regardless, I am still pleased with the end result. I look forward to work with Norm Reeves Superstore in the future.
