Jessica’s is amazing. She helped me on my last visit as well. I remember her as very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and works in a timely manner. My car was rest quicker than I had expected. All was perfect????

Omar Atilano facilitated the inspection service performed in my car. Although the problem remained undiagnosed due to limitations on the problem described and inability to duplicate the problem when the car was checked, a 4- hour customer-wait does not justify a 30- minute technician time with my car. Needless to say, customer- wait time although I expect quality work from technicians, is a very long wait to think that I made this appointment and not a walk- in service. Please consider hiring more experienced and efficient technicians. Omar was helpful though.

It’s always a great experience when I have my vehicle serviced with Norm Reeves Honda in Vista. The intake representative when I dropped my vehicle off was courteous, kind, and respectful.
