Others in my experience do the smile and nod, are courteous enough. But Richard feels more genuine. My advisor was great but the repair part was very poor. I had to take the car back because a part was not placed back on correctly and i couldn’t use the windshield wipers. I had to take it back and they fixed it the same day which was not a big deal. But now I just noticed another part is coming off and now I have to take back again which to me is unacceptable. I would like to talk to a customer service when I take my car back. Thank you in advance

I had to leave my car for additional day to fix a noise in the air vent pathway. Upon picking up my car today, my brakes are making noise which was supposedly fixed and my ac is still making noise. I’m really disappointed especially after paying so much money.
