I think the service was performed correctly, however when I looked under my hood there was oil splattered everywhere it shouldn’t have been. It’s obvious there was a spill and also obvious the car was started for an oil pressure check with the oil fill cap off. There was oil all over the block, turbo and dripping down the sides of the camshaft sensors onto the belts and my car smoked for quite some time and also left a puddle where the oil spillage had accumulated in the underbody panels and is going to stay and drip for some time due to the large quantity that was spilled. Fairly sloppy and no real attempt to clean it up. Also not worth wasting the little time I had today to go back and point it out to anyone. Thank you.

Very disappointed. We brought our car in for brake fluid change in 06/22 and had another service today 01/23 and we’re told it was in the red again… the average change time is 2 years or 30k miles according to Honda. We only put 5k on it in the past 6 months. Doesn’t add up. Then they gave us and checked us out with someone else’s car and bill. Including the keys to that individuals car. The bill was nearly $250 higher and they told us they had to charge us for a filter change that we never heard of from them or signed off on. Once we paid and left, they called telling us they sent us home with the wrong bill. Poor service for what you pay. I bet at Range Rover or even Toyota, this would not be the level of service. We are just a dollar sign and we will not be back.
