I made an 11 o’clock appointment and declined the additional services like tire rotation, etc. because I didn’t have very much available time but knew I needed an oil change… was very frustrated that this took 2 1/2 hours. The service agent just said I should’ve come on a weekday, because weekends are always like this. Well, I work during the week in San Diego so coming to your dealership where I bought the car it’s really not an option during the week, especially for something simple like an oil change.

The cruise control does not accelerate quickly after reengagement over 35 miles per hour below set speed. This was duplicated to the service writer on a test drive. The car was returned with no explanation for why it is doing that. The service writer said it's working normally. However, it is not working like it has in the past.
