Hello,
I noticed that my steering wheel alignment is off center after having the oil pan replaced at your shop. I’m concerned that it could indicate a negative effect on my alignment or suspension and steering components on my vehicle. I know your shop has done an amazing job before when I brought in the same car for an alignment quite recently and was very pleased with that experience. It would be a shame if this abnormal steering wheel position causes issue with drivability of the car, especially since I know your service technicians have done much good work on my vehicle in the past. I hope you can help address my concerns.
