Jessica was extremely helpful. If she wasn't certain about a question that I had about tires, she found another person at Norm Reeves that could help. She also made sure that my HRV could get in for an alignment after getting new tires at Discount Tires.

The technician wasn’t able to find the problem with my car which is understandable because it’s strange. Sal was great about keeping me updated through the entire process, and I was so incredibly grateful when I realized he wasn’t going to charge me since there wasn’t a problem found, and because of how strange my issue was. I don’t like they came just for an oil change and you find the littlest thing wrong and because my woman you make it out to be some extreme thing that is pay $700. Your company has been horrible.
