On September 3, 2024, I went to your company to repair my CRV. The receptionist was very nice! The problem was solved, but on September 4th, when I was inspecting the vehicle, I found a maintenance tool in my engine compartment. It is possible that your maintenance staff forgot it inside. This is very dangerous. I think this is very dangerous. Unprofessional, I hope you take this issue seriously!
