The staff was very helpful and respectful. They answered all of my questions and I was only there for an hour when I thought it was going to take all day. They checked to see if I had a warranties left and thankfully they did and made my visit cost free to myself. 10/10 will be coming back if I need any more maintenance

Phillip, addressed all my concerns with the damage to the oil pan after it came loose after getting an oil change. He quickly ordered the damaged part and we had it installed today.
I’m just hoping this failure to properly reinstall the oil pan cover has been used as training lesson on how important it is to simply reinstall the oil pan cover and check all the mounting screw are in place and tight.
As a customer I was stuck on the side of the road and after some phone effort was able to contact service and get a tech to meet me on the side of the road.
