Job number 5 was not completed as requested. The body trim molding was falling off and the staff said they would take care of it. My wife picked up the vehicle and it was still an issue. My concern is if this wasn’t done how do I know the other services were done? I paid almost $2,700 today and I’m not convinced that norm reeves took the time to complete every repair.
