Jesse and all of the other service employees were amazing at Norm Reeves Honda in Vista California. However, I am not satisfied with the quality and reliability of my 2020 Honda. I have spent nearly $3500 on a car with 40,000 miles for the AC system. I will unlikely purchase a Honda again after enjoying More than 15 years of 6 cars . I feel the quality and dependability of your car company has slipped

I was greeted when I pulled on the lot for service and my entire experience was awesome. John knew we were traveling with our grandkids and promised to do his best to ensure our safety on the road. My starting issue turned out to be a loose battery cable that the mechanic tightened and tested to ensure there weren’t other issues. John gave me his direct line and email if I had questions but he was so on top of my service and notifications he did all the contacting. I appreciate knowing we have a Honda dealer close to our favorite travel location we can trust. Thank you John and team for ensuring a mechanical issue didn’t affect our vacation.
