I was happy with the service advisor (Wyatt) but I was not satisfied with my overall experience. This is the 4th Honda dealership that I have dealt with and in all service centers, when there is a recall, the dealership would provide a car rental for free! This time around, although it has been verbally confirmed to me by phone when booking the service, I got to know today that I’m not entitled to get a car rental (for free) and accordingly, I was loaned a company car for $20 despite that the agreement showed the cost as zero!! Not sure this is right and most likely I won’t be coming back to Norm Reeves again!
